How to Look Great Naked

Most people have certain parts of their body they feel insecure about when they are naked. They do their best to keep it hidden or at the very least, fairly concealed. And clothes can do a wonderful job of hiding many parts of the body. For example, in men, they tend to put on fat in their stomachs. Getting flat abs looks amazing, but it sure is a lot easier to just put on a large shirt to hide the fact that you have a belly. And as we know, women tend to put on fat in their thighs and butt, but it is just as easy to put on a flowing dress that does a good job of hiding the weight. But, if you want to look good naked, you will have to address the issues head on instead of just hiding them. And beyond the fact that you will look better naked, you will also look so much better in a bathing suit or fitted clothing. There is no better feeling than being secure and proud of how you look, instead of always feeling you need to hide behind clothes. Remember, if you look good naked, you will look stunning in clothes.

But, in order to get a toned and well proportioned body, you will have to work at it. You will need to learn about nutrition and eat a healthy diet. And, of course, you will have to commit to working out regularly. But, I have found that most people are not scared of changing their habits and creating a more healthy lifestyle. I have found that most people are scared that they will make the changes and NOT get the results they deserve. This is why it is so important that you follow the right eating and workout programs to make sure you get the best results.

What do I suggest you avoid? I strongly suggest avoiding fad or starvation diets. These diets will not get you the body you want. You will lose weight (mostly for the short term), but you certainly will not look good naked. You will not get toned and proportion your body naturally. You will mostly be losing water weight on these kinds of diet, as well as a lot of muscle. So, you will be a little skinnier, but trust me, that will not very good without clothes. Instead, you want to follow a diet that helps you lose body fat (instead of just water and muscle). Your diet should be focused on healthy foods that will maximize fat loss and minimize muscle loss. This is the first step toward getting a toned, well proportioned body that looks amazing with or without clothes.

Then, you will want to follow a great workout plan that helps you burn fat and put on lean muscle. The lean muscle will help speed up your metabolism and literally push the fat out of your body. In addition, you will want to do workouts that create an environment where you continue to burn calories long after the workout is over. And finally, you will want to do workouts that reshape your butt, arms, chest, back shoulders etc… People who have flat butts can create round, beautiful butts by following the right exercises and creating some muscle back there. You can unround shoulders and create great posture with beautifully sculpted arms. But, this requires dedication and of course, a workout program that will get you results. Just like the fad diets, there are workout programs that do not work in the long term. You need a workout program that takes all of this into account, so that you not only lose fat, but also correct your posture and get toned. This is the best way to have a body that looks great naked. So, take the time to research your diet and workouts to make sure that when you are ready to put in the work, you really get the best results.

I designed a complete workout system with this in mind and I encourage you to learn more about it. Please, visit to learn more.

Trendy Fashion Options – Fashion Trend Setters Go Naked To Prove a Point

Do you as a fashion trend setter know, that the clothes/Jewelry you wear tells a story about you as an individual? It is fact; the way you dress and present yourself in public dominantly speaks volumes about your whole domain. It is the onlooker on the street that holds the ending chapter when weighing up what type of person they think you are from the clothes you wear. More often than not people tend to conjure up a personal opinion based on the whole entity of your image. Regardless of what fashion designer gear is displayed in the fashion boutique window, remember, the dummy is not out to make an impression. To dress to impress is all well and good, however it is who you wish to impress that may cause the denial of a friendship or worse a relationship if dress sense (code) is not suitable.

Latest trendy fashion designs can be dressed up or down for approval in certain situations. Sadly to make an impression you may find you have to make changes e.g. choice of identity (style) just to please folks who label you as being a fashion freak.

A first impression is where you make an impact on others, this is crucial if you seek acceptance into a particular circle of friends. Unfortunately fashion trend setters are judged by the clothes they wear.
Judgemental opinions should be kept under wraps because, it is not what is on the outside that counts, it’s the warm inner beauty on the inside that really matters.

However people find this hard to understand or in some cases do not want to understand that fashion trend setters – really are nice people regardless of the stud in the nose or Medusa hairstyle. Some fashion trend setters are seen as outcasts and therefore suffer rejection all because of the clothes that is worn.

A couple of examples below will tell you how the latest fashion or your very own personal wardrobe can let you down.

1 “Vacancy for bank manger”; you dress in creations designed by Vivienne Westwood for your interview, (orange skirt, black fishnet stockings purple shawl and pink bows in your hair), and before your foot is through the door, you are shown it after being told the position has been filled. A judgmental opinion on your appearance has just lost the bank a fashion trend setter with an IQ of a 160.

2 What of the toffee nosed snob in the office spruced up in his pin striped suit, tie and briefcase? Sadly he loses out on love because of status issues, i.e. choosing to ignore the petite flower hippie girl he passes each morning going to the office. His world is only in acceptance of seamed stockings stilettos and hair neatly pinned up. “Wrong move” many an office clerk has ended up with a bird with no brains.

Remember “Never judge the book by the cover” Seeing through an image can result in a perfect relationship/friendship.

For those with status issues who pass judgement and make false assumptions about a person based purely upon the garments they wear,
Then look – listen and learn from the example below.

1 Take the fashion trend setter dressed in combat pants, boots – baseball cap and pierced tongue

2 Take the female office assistant dressed in a tailor made suit, sling back patent shoes and hair neatly clipped in a bun.

3 Take the hippie dressed in ankle length skirt, leather sandals, flowers in her hair and bells round her neck

Now strip the 3 ladies down to the bare essentials (naked) and what do we have. Yes a triple duplication of the female species. The only difference may be that of size and weight in each woman. There is a lesson to be learned from this and that is, you have no story due absent content. Without clothes we have no character to base a story on.

Fashion trend setters who want to make a good impression on their first date, need to keep their clothes on. You do not undress to impress at least until you know your partners name.

Adam and Eve Dressed In a Fig Leaf

What has been believed to be going from literally naked to clothes of a fig leaf meant that the colloquial and Biblical metaphors of the Torah (Bible) were never really fully properly translated and interpreted.

The Sages explained that 6000 years ago (the time the Bible tells us Adam and Eve came onto the world stage) people did not walk around naked. Naked in the Genesis story referred to being devoid of the necessary character and mindset to obey God.

Adam was not the first man ever created (people from the cave man to Homo sapiens [our species] had been developing since the dinosaurs had become extinct) but he was the first man to know God.

No man ever made clothing of leaves which would have dried up in one day and fallen apart even when fresh. We know now that ‘clothes of leaves’ was an ancient Hebrew colloquial expression for ‘offering a poor excuse.’ The poor excuse offered by Adam and Eve in their penitence was the blaming of others and not accepting full responsibility for their actions.

As Adam and Eve had both used the same excuse (blaming others), therefore the word for ‘leaf’ in the original scrolls of Moses was in the singular.

Yet today Bible translations for both Christian and Jewish books use the word ‘leaves’ in the plural.

There has to be a logical explanation and the same ones we received from learned Biblical scholars was that the placement of the vowels under the Hebrew letters of the word for leaf, and other grammatical considerations, required the Hebrew word ‘leaf’ to be translated and understood to be in the plural.

But there is one problem with that explanation and that is the Hebrew grammatical system and placement of vowels to determine the pronunciation of the words were not developed and made part of the Hebrew grammar until more than 1000 years after Moses and the Israelites of the period of the Exodus. Moses never heard of Hebrew vowels as we see them in modern Hebrew reprinting of the Bible so that when he recorded the word ‘leaf’ in the singular, he meant one single poor excuse that both Adam and Eve used to explain why they ate of the forbidden fruit.

True contrition is not the blaming of others but rather assuming full responsibility for one’s actions. The Talmud (a collection of Jewish law and tradition) explains true contrition by comparing the cases of the transgressions of both King Saul and King David. Saul, who committed one transgression, was not forgiven but David who committed two, and both more inexcusable, was pardoned and the Messiah was to come from his bloodline. The explanation is that when Saul disobeyed God’s orders and spared the life of Agag, the Amalakite king, and did not destroy their livestock, he confessed his sin and said “I have sinned before God,” but then he added “for I was fearful of the nation and bowed to their demands.” Saul admitted his sin but blamed others as an excuse.

King David’s sins were stealing the wife of Uriah whom David then sent out to battle to get killed and the other sin was taking a head-count of the people which was done in violation of the Law. David too confessed and said “I have sinned before God,” but David did not seek to blame others for his transgressions and accepted full responsibility.

Both Adam and Eve confessed but each also blamed others and this then was unacceptable.

The story of the Garden of Eden is a parable, the mother of all parables, and so much can be learned from it.
